Steam Secret Santa Goodness 2.0

So, last year, some of you might recall Felix and I organized a secret santa-type-thing on steam, where we all exchanged gifts over steam.

AND WE'RE DOING IT AGAIN BECAUSE WE ARE SEXY PEOPLE, AND SEXY PEOPLE BOTH LOVE SECRETS, AND DRESSING UP AS BDSM SANTA.

It's why this result comes up if you search "secret santa" on google images.



So, here's how it works. If you'd like to give and recieve a present this year from one of your fellow SoFAnauts, leave a comment saying so in here, or message me or Lynchie on Steam. Once we have everyone, we'll figure out pairings. Should there be an odd number of people, there can be one threesome and the rest pairs, because we're non-judgmental like that.

Ideally, your gift should be less than $10, which might sound like not much at all, but come Steam's winter sales, that's practically half the games on the service.

The deadline for your gift-buying shall be Jan. 31st of 2013. This seems rather late, I know, but Steam's winter sales are rumored to start Dec. 27th this year, so we want to give everyone plenty of time to find the perfect present! WOO!

Excellent JM! That gives us an even number of 12 so tomorrow I shall draw the lots and see who gets paired up with who.

As to Fuzzy, I'm not sure if you remember but he was banned for cheating in BF3, making his $110 payment of BF3+Premium positively useless. Quite funny he got banned within a week of deciding to pay $10 for some downloadable skills to help him.

If modders are the saints of the gaming world, hackers are at the opposite end of the spectrum. Scum being a good term. He got some shit for it and was an outcast for quite a while. Biggles's gifting of Hacker Evolution to Fuzzy on Steam was priceless.

Despite this, he's an alright guy at heart and has hopefully learnt his lesson. Everyone deserves a second chance so let's give it to him.

By the way, how does this whole thing work? Is it like pairs where whoever I get, also gets me or is it I get someone, that someone gets someone else, who gets someone else, etc?

So like, lets say I got Biggles, would that mean I'd get Biggles a gift and he'd get me a gift or would it be like I get Biggles, Biggles gets omni, omni gets you, you get me?

You get a gift for whoever you're paired with, and vice versa.
