Headphones = awesome sound, and kind to your squadmates as they don't have to listen to your speakers through the mic!

Push to talk = solves the problem as sound only goes out when you want to, AND you get to have your mini earthquakes due to the sexy and loud explosions. War Tapes <3

I don't want my squaddies to push-to-talk, you never know when you need to warn someone etc. CONSTANT ENEMY CALL-OUTS AND INFO THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Also, war tapes in a good headset = so intense it confuses your senses!

When I used to play Killing Floor people used to die all the time because no one had time to push to talk in time. :/

Constant open chat line will always > push-to-talk no matter how convenient you make the button. Push-to-talk just seems to be there to counter people with loud speakers at home.

I don't actually use push to talk myself. In killing floor I used caps lock.

I think push to talk was invented because early PC headphones didn't have mute functions.

I see the uses for push to talk but I hate it myself...it takes a finger away from you when you may need it

I use my thumb to press Alt... I don't normally jump around everywhere like a retard so it works for when I want to talk.
