Recently I've been having a ton of fun with modding Fallout New Vegas. It's so addictive. My favourite so far has been "Nevada Skies" which removes the orange tint and adds a huge amount of weather effects. The options menu comes with the ability to set some special effects and I got some quite nice screenshots:













I really like the one above. Lonely Road is what I call it.

Recently I've been replaying Doom 3. Which I still both hate and like. It's the most bipolar game ever.

And it's really not sexy enough for screenshots.

So... yeah.

Honestly, not surprised. It's EA. EA has a long history of doing what sells until it stops working, then making a bunch of new IPs that have a great first game. And then they kill them off again.

WWII games did what modern shooters are doing now once upon a time, but you know what the difference was that gave me hope in humanity? Back then, WWII games didn't typically go on to be best-sellers. Unless they actually brought something interesting to the table.

Also I wanted to ask, what happened to the Omni Sauce TS room? SpaceCake and I were playing BF3 and we thought we'd use that like usual but we couldn't see it. So we ended up in "The Medical Tent" where first some guy joined asking for medics, we told him we were busy. And completely honest here, he proceeded to masturbate or at least convincingly sound like he was doing so for a minute or so. It was a right laugh actually. XD

The second time some guy screamed for about 3 seconds then left. It was disturbing yet really funny at the same time.

Oh EA you sly dogs. Give a brief glimmer of hope to C&C fans after butchering the franchise with Tiberium Wars. Then shattered with this F2P bullshit. EA can add that to their long list of murdered franchises. No worries, Company of Heroes 2 and Rome 2: Total War should sate the strategy fan needs.

And I'm pretty sure that artillery in ARMA 3 will come nowhere near the complexity and greatness of Armoured Kills artillery vehicles. /Sarcasm
