Chrome doesn't get along with SoFA
Since I'm not an admin I can't post in the Site Information area, so I'll just put it in Other Crap.
Just wanted to let you know that this is what Post new topic/Post reply looks like in Chrome.
Is there anything I can do about it in my settings or is it the sites fault? It's been this way since I started trying out Chrome, I just couldn't be arsed to do anything about it. Also, it flickers and switches from looking ok to this randomly while typing.

That's what you get for betraying dat foxxy browser and using such a hipster/soccer mom bwowser
Be a MAEUHN and put up with the thousands of updates Firefox puts up.
( Though, to be honest, they've toned it down considerably )

Re: Chrome doesn't get along with SoFA
It does that for me as well, it was pretty annoying but I've gotten used to it now.
Also Chrome is not hipster, it's a pretty mainstream choice.

I get that too, and I also use Chrome. Seems to be when you hover your cursor over the smilies, at least for me.
However, it does the same thing on my iPhone/iPad. Weird.
EDIT: And I also have to "quote" anything Beazer posts in order to read it, otherwise the text is under that at weird avatar. >_>

^On mobile devices, his overlarge avatar covers up some of the screen.

So I use the quote function to read it.
That's how much I care, Beazer!

Oh ok. I thought you guys meant Chrome on pc.
Also, whenever I post in a topic I can't back out of it, I have to hold down the back button and choose "Advanced Search".

Unfortunately, here we're getting into "I'd really have to start dicking with things forumotion would rather I didn't" territory.
I can contact them, and see if they're willing to give me a go-ahead on optimizing this site for Chrome, at least.
Mobile devices I'm not as experienced with, but I can give it a go.

Re: Chrome doesn't get along with SoFA
Well, if you can fix it with extremely little effort then great, but otherwise don't worry about it. What Val said is correct, it get's glitchy when hovering the cursor over the emoticon section. I didn't know that, but now I can just avoid doing that.
Re: Chrome doesn't get along with SoFA
SoFA is really screwed up for me now. Anything I try to click on the "Latest Topics" scrolly thing brings up a page telling me I can return to the index... Which puts me into the chat if I click it.
And trying to click on the latest post of a thread brings me to a whole different topic. For instance, I tried to just click on the latest post of this topic, but it brought me to the "This guy got a 5.0 K/D" thread.

Uh, nevermind. Clearing out cookies, temp files, etc etc etc seemed to work.
So, yeah, carry on.

Val must not have a lot of kitchen counter space, considering that she has her computer and PS3 hooked up there.

And if the ps3 and computer are on the counter, where is the folded laundry supposed to go?

Re: Chrome doesn't get along with SoFA
Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. It'll all get taken care of, and sammiches will still be made. Now I'm off to take a 90 minute shower, then I'll ask you how these pants make my butt look, followed by getting mad at you because I spoke to my mother.

And god have mercy on our souls if we don't immediately go "MMM! MAN THIS SANDWICH TASTES GREAT" as soon as we take the first bite, as you stand there closely monitoring us while we start to eat, making the whole deal increasingly awkward.
Re: Chrome doesn't get along with SoFA
And notice that you have very slightly changed your hair color from chestnut brown to a coffee brown and i absolutely love it...and those jeans make your ass look amazing by the way
