I was finally able to use the crossbow and besides the slow rate of fire it was pretty sweet seeing the head of a fleshpound exploding along with those other guys that were hard to kill...though its completely useless close quarters

Yeah, it's a kickass OHK but naturally you need a backup weapon.

yeah...i tend to like the bullpup due to burst firing at head level seems to work pretty well...oh wait i think the two weapons together exceed the weight limit...oh well..played on a good team the other night and one guy was clearing 50+ zombies on his own after we all died...after dying twice i just stayed right next to him and nothing even got close and killed patty rather easily...just layed some pipe down a hallway that had only one way in...well 2 but i kept that door welded

Oh and Felix, I've been soloing a bit as a Sharpshooter, and you were right, OHK'ing Flesh Pounds and Scrakes with the crossbow is really satisfying, lol. :>
And I also happen to like the Winchester over the M14, not sure why.

But in co-op things get too chaotic for me to get consistent headshots with my PS3 controller, so I'll leave the sharpshooting to you guys.

yeah the m14 was aweful...i dont see why anyone would really enjoy using it...well actually it might be ok but id rather use the bullpup...i get headshots more consistantly with it

Well, if you use the Bullpup it wont count towards leveling up the Sharpshooter class. :/

yeah good point...well I wonder if I can carry both m14 and the crossbow...anyone know if that exceeds the weight limit?

I'm not sure about all the variables, but I was trying out the Sharpshooter class today (I'm level 3) and if I bought the Crossbow I could carry Hand Cannons, MAC10, melee weapons etcetera.

Firstly lol at Omni doing terrible things to that poor cow XD.

Secondly I think the M14 isn't too bad actually. I am on Sharpshooter lvl 3 and I find that just hipfiring with the m14 makes it pretty good actually. The crossbow is great fun but I find the ammo is just too expensive. A new combo I like is the handcannon and M14.

Also ranking up is pretty darn hard in killing floor, I admire the people who have maxed out their classes.

Did that and i noticed improvment in fps, thanks for the tip bra but what of Triple Buffering? should do something to it too?

So, a Norwegian friend on Steam invited me to their new KF server. I added it as a favorite and entered only to realize they had custom weapons, custom maps and custom enemies.

It was pretty cool, here are some screenshots of the new Mossberg 12 shotgun, it's sweet:
